Exchange policy

ONLY EXCHANGE POSSIBLE, NO RETURN

We follow a strict no-return policy. Size exchanges are available only for eligible products and under the conditions mentioned below.

EXCHANGE

• Only T-shirts and Baby Tees are eligible for size exchange.

• Hoodies are not eligible for exchange.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are allowed only for one size up or one size down in the same design.

IMPORTANT — CUSTOMIZED / PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

All customised and personalised products, including products from our Couple Collections, are strictly non-cancellable and non-exchangeable. No cancellations, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted for these products under any circumstances, including size-related issues.

Once a customized/personalised order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR SIZE

Size Exchange Guidelines:

• S can be exchanged only for M.

• M can be exchanged only for S or L.

• L can be exchanged only for M or XL.

• XL can be exchanged only for L or XXL.

• XXL can be exchanged only for XL.

Exchanges for more than one size difference are not permitted and will be automatically declined. Customers are requested to refer to the size chart carefully before placing an order.

• A change in design, colour, or product is not permitted.

• A flat ₹150 shipping charge applies for each exchange request. This fee is charged per order, not per product.

• The exchange shipping fee must be paid in advance via the QR code provided below. After making the payment, customers are required to share the payment screenshot on our WhatsApp support number. Exchange requests will be processed only after payment confirmation.

• Pickup will be arranged within 1–2 working days. Once the product has been handed over to the courier partner, customers are requested to share the pickup confirmation on WhatsApp. Upon receiving the confirmation, the replacement order will be dispatched at the earliest.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and security tags attached and unaltered.
